READY 2 GO Driving School is headed up by Colin Green – an experienced, accredited driving instructor and registered member of the Australian Driver Trainers Association.
With a lifelong passion for driving, Colin established READY 2 GO in 2012. His vision was simple – to work with learners to ensure they are not only given the best chance of obtaining their licence, but also retaining exceptional driving competency skills throughout their lives.
Spending so much time on the road, Colin understands the importance of road safety. That’s why he is committed to making responsible and capable motorists out of all his student drivers.
Thanks his passion for life on the road, Colin has developed outstanding road knowledge within the areas he services. Over the past four years, he has quickly developed a strong reputation as a dynamic and trusted figure within the driver education industry.
Colin acts as a skilled and informed mentor to his students, and relishes having the opportunity to watch them build confidence and ultimately become the most proficient drivers they can be. And his reputation speaks for itself, with satisfied and happy students continually recommending him to siblings, cousins, friends and neighbours.
Colin’s teaching style centres around an ethos of patience and understanding. He knows getting behind the wheel for the first time can be daunting, but his friendly and calm manner never fails to put students at ease.
Recognising that every learner’s needs are different, Colin strives to work closely with each student to identify their specific requirements and develop a program to suit.
Colin is a member of the Australian Driver Trainers Association and has:
- Certificate IV accreditation
- police, driving and medical checks
- a working with children identification card
READY 2 GO offers the choice of learning in a 2012 Toyota Corolla automatic, a 2015 Honda City Manual, or a combination of the two, giving students the opportunity to decide which vehicle type is most appropriate for them.
